The ideal candidate should:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Have 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
Job Description:
Manage issue requisition for equipment from warehouse as per the requirement of the activities.
Maintain and develop a complete record of all assigned activities.
Coordinate with procurement regarding transportation & insurance of equipment to sites.
Coordinate with CP regarding frequency plans (FPs) of new sites.
Coordinate with TXN-P for the provision of TXN plans.
Coordinate with NSS for creation & definition of Data Bases related with the activities.
Coordinate with OAN (Integration) for RSL patching Co-ordination with BSS vendors (Motorola, ALU, ZTE & Huawei) for the Master BTS installations and commissioning/calibration of newly added hardware.
Coordinate with QOS & RF-Opt for the issues related to urgent issues and plan for the rectification on priority.
Coordinate with the AIMS and warehouse teams to get the equipment received in warehouse and rectifies any issues during this whole process.
Equipment Issue Request (IR) to warehouse from AIMS for the issuance of equipment to the equipment transporter representative via Finance dept. Co-ordination with the transporter for the transportation of the equipment and safe delivery on-site.
Upload all the created plans to Maximo portal and get its equipage done for new sites.
Implement all redesign WOs given by CP & TXN planning.
Ensure the left-over equipment from site and transportation back to warehouse via technicians or vendor.
Plan for the availability of all necessary hardware required to carry our Swap project in the region.
Compile the received information (FPs and BSS Info) and sending it to NOC for database definition at BSS and Cell ID definition at NSS.
Essential Skills:
Able to make site layouts using AutoCAD.
Flexibility to work under pressure.

Analytical mindset with ability to think out of box.
Project Management Skills.
Excellent proficiency required in MS Office, i.e. Power Point, Excel Word, MS Project and Visio.
