Description
The Role
An exciting and challenging opportunity exists for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator, to provide HR support to the organisation and Executive Management that includes the following:
• Work closely with Executive Management to plan, develop and implement HR strategy
• Responsible for processing monthly payroll
• Manage relationship with governing bodies, ensuring the on-going and timely execution of all residence permit needs and requirements
• Assist Executive Management in managing performance issues and other ad hoc requirements
• Responsible for the recruitment process including liaising with line managers, recommending candidates, interviewing and organising further stages of the process and including liaising with insurance provider
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate must be Western educated to a degree level. A CIPD qualification preferred. You must be mature with a passion for people, immaculately presented, have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. This role would also suit someone who has a high level EA or PA experience, with a blue chip background and is looking for the next step in their career.
Requirements:
•UAE and International HR experience essential
•A minimum of approximately 15 years of professional experience
•HR skills/experience (interviewing candidates, conducting performance appraisals, on-boarding/induction etc)
•Experience in blue-chip companies desirable
