GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Serves as the human resources business partner for assigned client group(s). Responsible for implementing human resources practices by advising managers and providing information to employees in multiple functional areas, including employee relations, training and development, compensation, performance evaluation, and recruitment. Manages the overall recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring optimal results through the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) organization.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Manages the Corporate relationship with the RPO to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process. Partners with hiring managers to meet recruitment objectives and to source the best talent for the organization.
Manages the applicant tracking system and serves as the subject matter expert for US human resources team.
Coordinates the onboarding program for Company's headquarters location.
Oversees the college relations programs, including internships, college job fairs, and the management of our partnerships with colleges and universities.
Serves as the primary human resources representative for assigned client group(s). Partners with internal client group(s) by identifying and clarifying opportunities and issues, evaluating potential solutions, implementing solutions, and coaching and counseling managers and employees.
Maintains human resources information system records, compiles reports, and analyzes data. Interviews, screens, and recruits job applicants to fill job openings. Monitors employment needs for the company.
Implements and interprets policies and procedures as defined in the human resources policies. Coordinates the development of necessary revisions to human resources policies with other staff as required. Drafts Company and human resources communications.
Coordinates the administration of the performance evaluation process for assigned client group(s).
Manages the company's community outreach activities.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

Skills and Abilities
Understands relevant laws affecting human resources and payroll, including but not limited to medical and military leaves, HIPAA, payroll, safety, workers' compensation, etc.
Effectively communicates information and responds to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, the general public, and other employees of the organization.
Maintains confidentiality and uses discretion with business and personal information.
Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Deals with problems involving several known variables in situations of routine nature.
Plans the time, method, manner, and/or performance sequence of own work; may also occasionally assist in planning work assignments performed by others within a limited area of operation.
Frequently makes decisions of both minor and major importance, which may affect the work operations of other employees and/or clientele to a moderate degree.

Regularly required to reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally required to stand and walk.

Requirements

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (required).
At least three years of relevant experience in human resources, staffing/recruiting, or a related field (required).
Computer Skills
Intermediate: Microsoft Office suite, payroll systems, human resources information systems.
Certificates and Licenses
PHR or SPHR (preferred).
