Maintenance Supervisor Jotun - Pakistan

Today, with industry so focused on the bottom line, the cost of downtime has a big impact on profitability and therefore maintenance department plays an important role in the effectiveness of Lean manufacturing and overall productivity of the company. To take this philosophy further, we are currently looking for a result oriented individual for the position of Electrical Supervisor who would be responsible for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of equipment. This position would be directly reporting to Maintenance & Project Manager and based in Lahore 

Responsibility

• Responsible to carry out preventive/corrective maintenance as per maintenance guidelines and best practices to ensure the maximum equipment reliability
• Carry out electrical/mechanical work related to plant machinery as per requirements to ensure the smooth operation
• Contribute to Maintenance Workshop to achieve the best quality and continuous improvement
• Monitor the contractors related to plant maintenance in accordance to Jotun safe maintenance practices to ensure the safe working environment

Qualifications Education level

• Vocational upper secondary school

Qualifications

• DAE/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics)
• 4-6 Years of hands on experience in electrical & mechanical work
• Comfortable working in shifts
• Computer knowledge would be preferable
