Responsibilities
• Print out invoices for our new payment method (Envelope on Delivery)
• Generate tracking number against these invoices and hand over to logistics.
• Maintenance of these orders and tracking numbers.
• Periodically following up with logistic partners about the payment status of these orders.
• Maintenance of Envelope on Delivery orders and it's payments.
• Correspond with hub officers for cash deposited.
• Consequently, processing or cancelling such orders.
• Weekly reporting/reconciliation of incoming payments and orders processed.

Skills and Experience
• High levels of accuracy, and attention to detail
• Good administration and computer skills
• Good planning, organisational, analytical and desicion-making skills.
• Experience: 1-2 yrs in bank call center as a phone banker is must
• Academic qualfications: Graduate
