Job Responsibilities:
Hired candidates will perform following tasks: Follow up with leads generated by sales team and inform prospects about education options based on theirpersonal goals. Enroll schools and students into programs and maintain consistent contact with students, schools, colleges and universities throughout the
enrollment process. Analyse performance and meet the goals effectively Manage a 3-5 person sales team possibly at remote locations Utilize Salesforce or
Zoho CRM to manage leads, teams, customers, and sales. Process sales data and progress reports. Answer questions about product or warranties and
respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence. Promote and sell program and services and maintain client database. Analyse sales
reports. If needs be, generate the leads from connections and personal efforts Complete quarterly sales meeting data, templates, and presentations.
Candidates should be well connected with Govt. Education Department, rich schools, colleges and universities Candidate should be an excellent speaker
and should be able to conducts high school PowerPoint presentations, seminars or webinars in order to promote STEM project Excellent selling skills
Excellent resource management Institutional Sales Solution Sales Process Marketing Intelligence General Management Excellent analytic skill for market
analysis Salesforce CRM or Zoho CRM Tools Experience is a plus Excellent task management Excellent communication skills in Urdu as well as English
