Job Description:
Provides program planning, data analysis, program evaluation and reporting support to team. Presents and speaks on various health topics. Works collaboratively with LVHN/Populytics and BeneFIT staff to facilitate, maintain documentation, and track compliance with certification/accreditation standards from various entities including, but not limited to the National Committee for Quality Assurance Wellness and Health Promotion Accreditation (NCQA). Performs biometric and preventive health screenings. Educates and counsels screening participants on results and other health topics. Represents Populytics/BeneFIT Corporate Wellness to internal and external customers.
