Eligibility Criteria (Education/Experience/ Certifications):


Degree(s)/Major(s): Essential: Bachelor's degree (business administration or international relations/development preferred). Desirable: Post-graduate degree (business administration or international relations/development preferred).
Certification(s): Formal Security or Risk Management. Crisis or Emergency Management & Project management will be preferred.
- More than 8- years of relevant experience
- Held a senior regional or company-wide security position within a Pakistani or foreign-owned international company.



Goals:


- Lead/Administer the security function across TP's operations.
- Provide security advice and assistance to the top management in order to facilitate continuity of business operations.
- Monitor the security environment and update strategic and operational security assessments as necessary.
- Develop and implement best practice security management initiatives.
- Manage, communicate and resolve security incidents.
- Manage the National & Regional security, HSE, Network & Information Security teams.
- Coordinate the national quality assurance (QA) program for the security function.
- Educate employees about the required security behaviours.
- Liaison with the Telenor Group's security function (Oslo) and Asia Regional Security.
- Liaison with local authorities, emergency services and the expatriate community.
- Establish and maintain security partnerships with providers and vendors (domestically and internationally).
- Mentor, manage and train the Security Department employees.

- Developed and implemented security risk mitigation strategies for facilities and staff.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the threat at a strategic level.

- Demonstrated report preparation and presentation experience.
