Role: The person will be responsible to installing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software products. Familiar with Polycom Video Conferencing End Points. Identify, evaluate, and correct hardware, software, and operational problems. Having Working experience of L2/L3 Network; Maintains service logs; Provides technical guidance and one-to-one training to end-users. Conduct I.T. workshop when required. The Person: Candidate should be Graduate/IT Diploma in Computer Science or Certification in CISCO with 01 year relevant experience. Hands experience related to video conferencing will be preferred.
