Mission :

Vous êtes responsable de l'analyse, de la conception et du développement de solutions techniques pour vos clients. Vous serez responsable de la rentabilité de vos projets et vous devrez transformer les besoins en offres de propositions techniques.

Vous serez le point de contact du client en ce qui concerne les projets BSS (Business Support System).
Responsabilités et tâches

• Définir et concevoir des offres de solutions techniques commercialement exploitables
• Définir les besoins du client et participer à l'analyse des risques
• Travailler en équipe pour définir des solutions potentielles
• Construire des présentations techniques et des propositions et mener les présentations chez le client
• Accompagner le déploiement de la solution
• Apporter des éléments de retour  à la R & D
• Participer au transfert de connaissances, à la documentation et au partage d'informations
• Effectuer une veille technologique sur les nouvelles technologies et diffuser l’information.

Profil recherché:

• Expérience de 10 ans en IT, dans les télécoms et dans un environnement technique autour du BSS-Business Support System (CRM, Billing, Provisioning,Order/Catalog Management…).
• Expérience dans la relation client et dans la vente, sens commercial et de persuasion
• Capacité à résoudre des problèmes
• Personne faisant preuve d’innovation
• Aptitude à faire des présentations et à communiquer
• Capacité à travailler en équipe
• Capacité à comprendre et à gérer des données financières

    • Knowledge in script language (Shell, Perl, Python etc) will be a plus

    • Knowledge in any Virtualization technology (Citrix Xen, VMWare ESX/ESXi, KVM) will be a plus

    Profile: We are seeking a candidate with a strong technical background in BSS (at least 5 years as a Solution Architect in the field of BSS). An interface between Ericsson and the client, the Solution Architect has excellent communication skills and presentation. Entrepreneurial with a real business orientation, he/she will identify new business opportunities and will have a real ability to create innovations that make a real impact in terms of organization.
    English is required as the ideal candidate will interact with customers in an international context.
