The role will be reporting to the General Manager in country and will be tasked with overseeing the project in its early development stages, right through construction and to completion.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
  • Leading the execution for construction of the power plant.
  • Taking an active role in the O&M of the power plant
  • Working closely with Owner’s Engineer to finalize & freeze design basis/work scope for implementation of the power plant.
  • Preparing & finalize tender requirements to invite proposals.

The following are desirable qualities:
  • 15+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • BSc degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience in country

Job Functions & Responsibilities

Deliver salary invoices to the client and receive credit for the same. Deliver pay slips to the employees deputed at client locations or client’s HR representatives.

To maintain proper record of all the loans and advances through making a Loans / Advances control ledger/prevalent system on Human Resource Information System.

Prepare & maintain record of payment vouchers of all invoices against salary disbursement.
Adhere to and ensure compliance with all government regulations applicable to the HRSG Outsourcing business.

Ensure all requirements of the clients / employees are met through constant and positive communication and follow up. Customized services would be delivered to exceed customer satisfaction.
