Co-Managers are responsible for assisting the store manager in day to day operations of the location. In addition to accountability of the seasonal area, the Co-Managers are involved in:
Financial goals
Operations controls
Customer relations
Inventory management
Successful candidates will be given the opportunity for advancement via our internal growth promotion program.

Job Description - Requirements

Must have previous retail store management experience.
Must demonstrate leadership and work ethic in fast-paced environment.
Ability to relocate is preferred.
Regional and district travel will be expected for participation in various store projects.
