Head of Supply Chain Karachi Job

Custodian of Demand and Operational Planning and conduct SNOP meetings every month
Continuous cost analysis of various activities and to implement and improve cost saving methods in the department to eliminate wasteful expenses for the purpose of cost optimization in all areas
Lock production plans according to the local and international Sales Forecasts and ensure goods are produced according to the  plans
Develop stocking norms for raw ,packaging and engineering materials
Ensure that damaged stocks and sales returns are handled effectively in accordance with the policy
Monitor and effectively control the operations of all nationwide warehouses of the Company to ensure efficiency, cost control and customer satisfaction
Analyze market trends of prices and availability of raw and packaging materials. Analyze, prepare and implement monthly, weekly and daily materials supply plans, with the implementation of MRP
Ensure that inventories of raw and packaging materials are rationalized and kept at the minimum levels to avoid blocking Company’s financial resources unnecessarily
Ensure that packaging materials are stored properly, review their inventories weekly and arrange disposal of obsolete materials
Oversee and manage packaging and flexible material stores and ensure that rejected materials are returned to respective suppliers within same month
Coordinate development work with Marketing and make continuous effort to reduce lead time of suppliers to speed up innovation process
Develop productivity standards for each product of the Company and work on a continuous basis to enhance productivity

Professional Experience :
