Rigger South of the UK Job

Magdalene require Telecoms Riggers for projects based predominantly in the South of the UK.
The Rigger requirement is for installation of antenna, feeders, Mast head amp’s and combiners as well as hybrid cable and RHH’s. Applicants must be physically fit, used to working outdoors, self-motivated with good general installation knowledge and be able to complete all tasks quickly and to a high standard with minimum supervision. Climbing is required on monopoles, towers and roof tops, as well as some cherry picker work.
Out of hours working will be required, along with some weekends. Flexibility to scope of works and working hours is advantageous.
As well as the Installation aspects, a good knowledge of testing and completing paper work (hops) is essential.

Applicant must have a minimum of two years’ experience in the following:
Installation of equipment on towers and rooftops including RRU, RRH, feeders, hybrid cable, mast head amps, steel work, combiners, Maffi mounting systems.
Knowledge of the major projects and networks.
A dedication to quality and RFT attitude.
spaa 5/ 3z alignment, Anritsu and other test equipment knowledge.
Preparation and updating documentation and reports.
Completion of site surveys
Essential certification:
Advanced Climber.
Rescue from Towers, Masts & Structures.
Rooftop Safety
Radio Frequency Awareness.
Emergency first aid at height
Climbing Medical.
Applicant must also have the following:
Valid driving license.
CSCS Card (desirable).
Crb checked (desirable)
Own transport, PPE and tools required.(provided if payee)
