Recruitment & Training Specialist job


Job Purpose The position is responsible to manage recruitment needs for HRSG Outsourcing Clients by creating a pool of best available talent for their vacant positions. The incumbent will create value by sourcing, evaluating and assisting in end–to–end recruitment process. This individual will also be assisting the Manager HR Service Delivery in fulfilling the training needs for the Service Delivery team.

Position Reports to : Manager HR Service Delivery
Qualification Required : BBA/MBA (Preferably in HR) from a reputable local or foreign university.
Professional Experience : Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in related activities.
Principal Accountability :
Responsible to manage recruitment needs of clients.

Ensure all necessary documentation is in place with the client including requisition form and signed copy of agreement.
Visit/interact with clients on a regular basis to better understand their needs and culture of the organization.
Develop a sustainable relationship with the HR/Line Managers at client end.
Source appropriate talent against vacant positions from various available sources. Evaluate and assess candidates before sharing profiles with the clients.
Carry out the coordination process of interviews of short listed candidates with the clients. Also, ensure that candidates are provided feedback in relation to their interview in a timely manner.
Ensure that all screened resumes are appropriately stored in the database with the correct tags. Also make sure that the resumes submitted to the clients are formatted according to the agreed standards.
Maintain accurate data of submissions in the prescribed MIS format. Update the MIS files on regular basis.
Continuously follow up with clients to get latest update on the status of positions. Also follow up with candidates timely if they were contacted directly by any clients.
Ensure that we provide excellent service to our clients. The parameters of quality will include quality of candidates, formatting of resumes, promptness of response and sensitivity to client needs.
Assist the Manager HR Service Delivery in meeting all the training needs for the Service Delivery Team.
Assist in conduct TNA and Training Calendar.
Measure outcomes and ensure effectiveness of trainings.
Design / update training modules for HCM system.
Conduct on Job Trainings for new hires in HRSG Outsourcing.
