HR Exe Required - Looking for someone who can handle stand alone HR Dept for small staff. Have Atleast 1+ year of experience. Should possess communication skills i.e. more speaking and less listening, very friendly in behavior and can handle conflict management. Ability to take all the blame after cost cutting and at the same time have the ability to motivate the workers.
