We are looking for a highly motivated BSS Solution Architect (Business Support Systems).
You will have a key role in analyzing, designing and translating customer requirements into technical solutions resulting in profitable business propositions.
Responsibilities / Tasks
• Good understanding of our clients: Analyzing client technology, defining business needs and risk analysis
• Sales: make a strong record of sales (in partnership with the management of sales / account managers) and product/ services solutions through a consultative approach, focusing on the needs of customers; Work with the core team on the list of activities and possible solutions
• Provide feedback to the R & D
• Support the engagement of pre-sale customers
• Lead and contribute to customer workshops with presentations, demonstrations and discussions
• Keep an eye on the latest market trends
• Contribute to the commitment of pre-sales and initial stages of customers project delivery to ensure a smooth transfer
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and sharing of information by acting as a role model and mentor for less experienced members in customer projects
• Develop skills in new areas of growth through internal training
Profile: We are seeking a candidate with a strong technical background in BSS (at least 5 years as a Solution Architect in the field of BSS). An interface between Ericsson and the client, the Solution Architect has excellent communication skills and presentation. Entrepreneurial with a real business orientation, he/she will identify new business opportunities and will have a real ability to create innovations that make a real impact in terms of organization.
English is required as the ideal candidate will interact with customers in an international context.
