About the Job
This job gives you the unique opportunity to live a founder’s life in Manila, Philippines.
You will be part of the management team of country operations, directly reporting to the Global Managing Director and thus gaining deep insights into how start-ups operate globally and how in the particular local environment. Our Managing Directors are expats with strong track records whom you can learn a lot from. Your tasks? Improving the business! We are still a start-up and there is improvement opportunities across departments. It will provide you with immense opportunities for initiative, creation and leadership. Who we're looking for
- You have graduated from university in Business related subject
- You have gained first professional experience
- You should be highly motivated with strong interest in entrepreneurship and e-commerce, have the ability to quickly assume a great deal of responsibility, and have the ability to adapt well to an unknown cultural environment
- You have an absolute hands-on mentality, strong analytic skills and strong communication skills
- You have a clear interest in people and are motivated to work in a start-up environment
- Flexibility and speed are also important to you
