IT Account Manager

Secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive ICT business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives. Actively manage internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. Act with authority in order to develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson successful. Job Summary
Secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive ICT business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives. Actively manage internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. Act with authority in order to develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson successful. This job role could be focused on a specific area and/or geography.

Responsibilities & Tasks
·  Maximize customer relationship & build loyalty
·  Sales opportunity creation
·  Generate profitability sales
·  Secure seamless transition to operations
·  Optimize Account team performance
Collaborate with Key Account Managers to grow the customer business in the ICT area (OSS/BSS, TV & Media, VAS, Service Enablement, M2M, Verticals)
Responsible for delivering ICT sales growth and establish Ericsson as a partner to our customers’ ICT department through professional services engagements
Responsible for creating relations with customers’ ICT department and engage to explore opportunities how Ericsson can make use the complete ICT portfolio - Services offerings, SW and HW, to help customers to meet their market challenges
Drive sales at C-level by providing extensive experience and knowledge of customer operational setup and processes combined with understanding of technology use and the business impact in direct discussions with customers.

Experience in Software and Services(CSI) selling to Telecom operators
Prepare Business Models to understand market scenarios.
Adopt a consultative selling approach with customer.
Build & manage strong relationships with customers & other stakeholders to safeguard Ericsson’s interests in the field of BSS, IT, and Services sales (CSI)
Work closely with CIO and CMO for solution and seamless transfer to delivery
Opportunity / Lead management end to end, including inputs to growth plan and CRM updates.
Be experienced in sales management and cross-functional teams with extensive experience of international business in IT industries and dealing with key accounts at the Executive level
Extensive experience from client facing sales roles in IT, OSS/BSS and/or Consulting firms
